GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HughesNet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ken: Hughes Net: Do Not advertise what you can't provide! Gen * my a.. I've been a custom computer builder for ** years. I do very high end machines. My customers come first!*No system leaves my bench until it is as perfect as it can be! When I spec. out a machine it is exactly what the customer orders plus a little bit more. True economy id Quality! Hughes net : You lie like a rug- most of your customers HATE you and the way you do business - you are all about the buck! not about service - you change phone numbers regularly - you take people's money*without delivering the service that you advertise. You and your ECO Star parent company just plain ****!!! We Americans are fed up with lousy companies like yours and bad do nothing government. Watch out babies you will go down under the weight of your own greed and non service. As a computer GEEK I will tell every person I come into contact with to stay FAR away from your very company- May you fail soon!!!F.O.A.D.

~Ken: For that I would say five out of five.

~Ken: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
