GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HughesNet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-356705: I have not had internet service since September, this is now November, I have ** case numbers from phone calls to Hughes nest and * technical support visits, yet they tell me I cannot cancel my service without reasonable attempts to fix the problem, what do they consider reasonable? who knows, they are reading their "help" information from a manual and have no technical education or experience anyway. One will transfer you to level * service but the next will refuse to do so. I guess it is time to involve the lawyers and the BBB in this one.

GetHuman-356705: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-356705: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-356705: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-356705: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
