~Anonymous: Did the * day free trial, called stopped it on the *rd day and they still charged my card! Took many calls to speak to someone about it and they told me to file a claim with my bank and they would honor it. They lied and rejected the claim and ripped me off and stole the money off my card! They should be stopped! The worst service all around and tell your family and friends to stay far way from anything they have to offer because once they have your card * they will STEAL your money!

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hulu's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hulu customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hulu to know who you are.
