~R Andrew Ohge: Hulu took $*.** from my bank account Aug **th, but put my service on hold on Sept **th, as they tried to access their monthly charge and weren't able to do so. (Money goes in by EBT to the Bill-Paying Account Monday, well before the time they should have accessed it. All I got was Corporation-Speak about how they couldn't see it on their end. So, NO Hulu Plus this weekend (like there's lot's to see, anyway.) and I'M the BAD GUY.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hulu. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hulu problem?
~R Andrew Ohge: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~R Andrew Ohge: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hulu's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~R Andrew Ohge: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hulu customers?
~R Andrew Ohge: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hulu to know who you are.
