~Wjmt24: A LIVE person (a woman) answered phone and said they were handling a high number of calls, and I would need to call back on another business day. I called back ** min. Later and a man came on the line and gave similar comment. When I started to ask what their hours were, he hung up on me! Terrible customer service!
