~Unacceptable: We are an Electrical Company here in the Treasure Valley, yesterday, I was trying to schedule a reconnect and was on hold for *hrs and ** minutes, during that time, I could not answer my office phone as we only have * line. This is absolutely ridiculous and seems to be getting worse. Get some more employees in there to take care of your customers.

~Unacceptable: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Unacceptable: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Unacceptable: For that I would say three out of five.
