~zzzzdisappointed: Absolutely useless. I called about whether we would be able to get home delivery within two days. In the past I've been there and been told that delivery would be *-* days due to high volume. I tried to call the Brooklyn store to ask about current delivery times, but could only get a national rep. I asked the rep and she simply said "most orders can be delivered same-day" but had no info on the actual delivery times this week.

~zzzzdisappointed: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~zzzzdisappointed: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ikea's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~zzzzdisappointed: For that I would say one out of five.

~zzzzdisappointed: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ikea to know who you are.
