~josi: I tried to call them over and over and over to get a replacement for a phone I bought. I was misinformed about the ringer being able to be turned off. They wouldn't return it and they wouldn't exchange it. There terrible to do this over a $**.** phone and I paid $** for shipping. Disgusting. The Supervisors name is James Chen. He should go back to CHINA!
