GetHuman-182575: You have just lost a customer of over ** years due to my not being able to pay a small bill of $***. due to the recession and being unemployed. Currently I am working with a Credit company and paying off all debts, hopefully in three years. I do NOT like the fact that you NEVER gave me a chance to pay up or even to work out payment arrangements. So, therefore, I will never shop Penny's again unless this situation can be rectified with some kind of human kindness. It's pretty bad when you don't care about an excellent customer of ** years. Whether or not I want or will even be accepted for a card in three years, I don't know and I'm starting to not care. How can you help me with this?? Thank you. Nancy Foreman.
