~Steve: I find it absolutely ridiculous that we're on our *th day without power and the arrogant snide customer service rep can't even tell me if anyone will be in my neighborhood today-let alone give me a better answer than "maybe Friday-possibly Monday" when I asked when my power might be restored. Did these idiots not watch a weather report? Perhaps they could have gotten their crews from Ohio here BEFORE the storm hit so they could hit the ground running on Sunday when the storm subsided
