~disgusted!!!!!: JCPL will not credit for the power outage during hurricane Sandy. Their explanation was that it was not their problem there was a storm. We were without power for a week and JCPL will not compensate for loss of power and feel that we should pay no matter what. Representative was rude who probably had power or was reimubrsed himself.
