~amazed22: This is truly an awful company. Terribly rude customer service reps. Got transferred twice and hung up on and they claimed we just got disconnected. The lady wouldn't help me at all because she said I wasn't on the account just my husband but then preceded to ask me for his social security number and other personal info. My husband called back about the same issue the lady did not resolve for me and she said "Don't you communicate with your wife?" Unbelievable! Do not do business with this terrible and unprofessional company.
