GetHuman-152848: As a customer service person myself, I understand that not all companies have a call center. This is a small, but knowledgeable and helpful staff. Email is their preferred method of contact, as they can respond AFTER looking into the problem or question, rather than keeping me on the phone. Saved so much time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Joby.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Joby.com problem?
GetHuman-152848: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-152848: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
