GetHuman-325220: I had no issues with the time I had to wait, because it was very quick by today's standards waiting for a human to come to the telephone when dealing with other customer service representatives. My issue is the rep. didn't seem to be very caring when I asked if there was a way to actually see any Jump USA products before purchasing via e-mail ordering. The product that I was inquiring about was a leg press machine that has a ***lb. capacity. I wanted assurance that this particular machine would be heavy duty enough for my personal use. When I asked if the company had any retail outlets to visit to see the machine in person, he simply stated somewhat coldly, "no" with no further explanation. It looks like I will be looking elsewhere until I find a customer service rep. or salesperson that will spend the time with me to explain their quality of product and not make me feel like I asked a dumb question. I usually don't respond to surveys such as these, but I made an exception this t
