~pissedoff: have been with juno since they started - have never never never gotten good customer service or technical support. ever thou it's a hassle to change, i can't stand any more. and really wish there was another phone * for "support", but there's only one and they do nothing more than read the script they're given. i'll be paying for support, even thou it's their problem - not mine, and then i'll fight the charges on my credit card. i have no choice. if you're with juno, cancel. if you're thinking about using them, don't. and i wish "get human" had more phone *'s as i'd hoped.

~pissedoff: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~pissedoff: For that I would say five out of five.
