GetHuman-132887: All started off well enough, but whenever it was time to charge my credit card, the agent I spoke to jumped ahead without giving me time to read and accept and HE electronically signed my name (he had control of my laptop). I don't do business that way. I like to read BEFORE I sign anything. Needless to say I canceled entire transaction, after having been on phone well over an hour.
