~Melissa: I canceled in FEB. They then charged me for MAY, JUN, & JUL. I had to go to consumer reports to find an alt. ****-***-**** to reach them at as the chat agent gave me the same number I had called ***-***-**** (from website) that was just ** ads before it told you to hang up. SCAM ARTISTS. POOR QUALITY. Boots began falling apart the first day. A bag I ordered fell apart in the first week. I was very gentle on these items as they were new and the materials were not quality. STAY AWAY. seriously. Stay away.

~Melissa: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Melissa: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JustFab's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Melissa: For that I would say one out of five.

~Melissa: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for JustFab to know who you are.
