GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's JustFab customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Me: They were taking ***£** each month without my knowledge and when I asked for a refund I was told I could only get half back and with the rest of my money waste on clothes, shoes etc that I don't need, I was spoken to rudely and had hung up on me, I still haven't had my refund. This is shocking and disguising.

~Me: For that I would say one out of five.
