~An Annnoyed Customer: It was good until they started saying oh, but we can't fix it you need to buy a new one, but then they hung up on me. I called twice more and it was a different person each time, and I had to re-tell the problem again, and again. I will try again tomorrow, and it will hopefully be better.

~An Annnoyed Customer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kindle's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
