~CaribbeanGuy: JOEL was very helpful and at no time did he seek to avoid a replacement, despite the fact that the kindle was a gift bought by someone in another country altogether. However, the system wouldn't allow him to process the replacement to our Caribbean address so he referred me to the UK ofc as it was bought in the UK.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Kindle. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Kindle problem?
~CaribbeanGuy: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~CaribbeanGuy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kindle's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CaribbeanGuy: For that I would say three out of five.
