~LG Customer: Starts out with a voice prompt that won't allow you to push a number button, you have to speak to it but it can't understand you and sends you to the wrong place repeatedly (I am an American with no accent, speech impediment or any other type of impairment). Once you get to someone after a long wait they can't understand or speak proper English (I would love to see them try to use the voice prompts). They are reading from a book and have no real working knowledge of the products. I was hung up on several times after they couldn't figure out the problem (we never had any harsh words) and they seemed frustrated with the language barrier. LG has terrible customer service.
