GetHuman-381204: For over one month I have tried to get credit for items returned using their prepaid foundation label. I called company prior to return followed instructions provided. Now almost * weeks later they claim to have not received return. They also state that i should have gotten a tracking *. I was told to affix label and mail.I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
