GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Lenovo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Barb: I used the phone * above and was pleasantly surprised. Other than them wanting an order number which I didn't have because I needed technical support (I just entered ********** and got through), when I did get a person, she took all my info and then said she would transfer me to Technical Support, who took all my info and the said I needed to be transferred to Ideapad Technical Support, who took all my info * but then were very helpful. That is why only rated Quality of Communication as * (and the fact that Althea all had strong Southern US accents which were difficult to understand at times. But my service fix was great.

~Barb: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Barb: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lenovo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Barb: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lenovo customers?
~Barb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lenovo to know who you are.
