~Family: Avoid using Liftopia. January ******Rented * mountain*equipment pass over Holiday in Banff. $***.*Liftopia sent us to Ski Hub in Banff, they couldn't' fill the equipment order and told us ot go to the mountain int he morning and hopefully get our gear there* cited Liftopia does this all the time and doesn't control their shop's stock.**Liftopia tried to make some calls but I had to get up at the crack of dawn, motivate my family to get to the mountain for rentals and then negotiate the rentals on my own. Worse, I had to return the rentals to the original mountain by *pm the next day so had to leave the slopes early on the last day. But, I paid $*** for this. **Liftopia did offer a $** credit on my NEXT purchase thru them. I felt insulted and would not want anyone to have to deal with this type of customer service when you pay for no hassles up-front.**Liftopia was given every chance to make things right, and they blew it all on their own.**Suggestion: Rent direct from a local shop or f
