GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Line2 customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~AshWynd: Telephone line says to email and hangs up.**Really unsatisfied. Signed up for Line* and requested a number port...almost every call attempt I have made from the app has crashed the app or fails. Text messages are hit and miss. Asked for status update about port request despite the issues and waited * days (still no response). Why can't a phone company have a phone line to call for assistance? Why can't a communications company respond to requests in a reasonable time?**All I want to do is cancel the account and port request but guess what? Cannot reach anyone on the weekend and cannot cancel my account because their interface keeps having "System Errors". This experience has been a total waste of time and effort and all I want is the request cancelled so I can go with a real company that can provide service and that I can call when I have problems (guess what line*, people are at work during your "hours").

~AshWynd: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AshWynd: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Line2's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AshWynd: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Line2 customers?
~AshWynd: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Line2 to know who you are.
