~Bart Simpson: I bought a BRAND NEW wireless router and it wiped out all my IP addresses. They said it was an ISP issue, My ISP said it was a router issue (which it was'nt). I conference them BOTH in and let THEM fight it out. And naturally, the tech couldn't speak English all that well and actually had the GALL to tell me it's not HER problem. and or the record, I bought nothing but Linksys products for years. NOT ANYMORE. I went with a different company, AFTER I wrote the CEO personally expressing my severe displeasure over the lack of knowledgeable service and the "hosing and closing" mentality JUST to keep their call times short. so GRATZ Linksys, you lost a loyal customer.

~Bart Simpson: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bart Simpson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Linksys's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bart Simpson: For that I would say one out of five.

~Bart Simpson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Linksys to know who you are.
