~Karen Wade: I called the number on this page which reads hours **-* only to learn your closed and there are no reps to talk to on weekends.I have been buying your lipton tea products for years and this is the second time I have had to write you about your tea bags. I buy *** ct. regular boxes and your ** ct. box of de-caf.Today i just opened a box of the ** de-caf to make ice tea. EVERY BAG in this box was open. None of the bags were sealed of stapled shut. I had to throw it out. Also I have notice when I use the regular tea bags in the morning a lot of the bags are the same way and I end up with more tea in the bottom of my cup and end up throwing it out and having to make a new cup.As I sit here I am still digging tea out from under my nails. I mean REALLY? What is going on with these products? As you can read I am very upset. As a long time customer I expect a good quality product, which of late I have not been getting.*Respectfully,*Karen Wade******@***.com****-***-****
