~cnavarre: My power was disconnected yesterday (after I paid my bill) because the rude meter man would not take * minute out of his busy day to let my son call me to give him my payment confirmation number. They reconnected it, and then DISCONNECTED it AGAIN today! Supposedly, the service was already on when the meter man came to restore our service? This is against the rules. How is that my fault? I didn't turn it on* a meter man did. Their mistake, not mine! Yet, I am being charged an additional $** for reconnection fees!? Ridiculous! I attempted to call customer service to explain the situation. They are extremely rude, and unwilling to help. LGE are bullys, because we depend on their service for survival. Consumers need options. LGE needs a competitor company.
