~Sylvia H. Smith: I call to report my finding on a mattress set that we purchased not even a year ago. One side is * inches lower on one side and *** on the other side. However the man found a small stain on the very corner of the bed.If the stain was some kind of body fluid I COULD see why Macy would not want to help with the mattress. It was NOT. Just want to let you know, that I WILL never buy anything from Macy's again, and you have not heard the last of me. You could have given us something off on the mattress since the sales person lied to me when we placed the order. I was told that the mattress had a steel rod around the edge to keep it from flatting on the side. WRONG. You should tell you sales person to be honest, not just to say something to make a sale We are disable seniors and don't have money to buy a mattress every year. Sylvia H.
