~Karen Potter: I recently shopped at my local Macy's--Arrowhead Center, Glendale, Az., in the "Bedding" Department, and had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Donna, who helped me, educated me, went out of her way to get the best deal, exactly what I wanted, and, who, obviously, knew her Department, what was in it, where it was, and the Manufacturer, and where those products could be found in the Department. She was more than pleasant and so very helpful. I have never been very happy with this Macy's, but, Donna changed that, that day. I hope she will be there to help me next time I visit. ~Karen Potter: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Karen Potter: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Macy's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Karen Potter: For that I would say two out of five.

~Karen Potter: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Macy's to know who you are.
