GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-jennife2: The first time I ordered from Macy's, they sent me only one shoe. Second time I order a Michael Kors bag and they e-mailed letting me know that it has delivered and signed off that it was here at the Florida Mall Macy's. First thr eait to pick up packages was about ** minutes while he was rining out * customer. They then had me waiting for over an hour while they look for it, only to tell me that it was not here for me to come back or I can return it. They took me number and told me that they will call me when it arrives, although my tacking clearly says it was there * days go. I still haven't received a call and have not received my Michael Kors bag. I am sorry but I will never shop at Macy's again!
