~mary: I have been working on thi*s issue for * hours. each agent would transfer me to one of the top agents and they could not fix the issue. Several times contact from them would break on their end and couple of times on my end. Last contact with Nathan he was working on issue and accused me of not responding and terminated conversation. Why can' I talk to a real person on my cell phone or something because this online chat has not worked, nor has the magic jack problem been resolved. I am very frustrated and I am not one to be that way. Would really like to get phone service but no one is truly helping me solve this problem. Call me at ***-***-****
