~Jerome Tilghman: In Jan I was charged my yearly fee which I paid ******. I'm now being charged for the same service again ******. I went online to chat to have the second charge removed from my credit card and in doing so my service was disconnected so now I have no service (phone). I have spent * hours trying to get your mistake resolved and now I don't even have a phone to call back on. Yes I'm upset.
