~Customer Svc Mgr: Spoke with two agents about non-working Magic Plus in Dec and other times. Today requested billing*credit on my account. They fixed on no return credit after ** days.I requested *x for escalation and corp address for someone to review transactions and whild typing Scarlet hung with contact again if need help.
