~Angela: The agent helped me to understand what I wanted to know. She was helpful and patience. I did not find the website very user friendly. Not everybody is computer literate and have the patience to be going through all those links. There was not even a phone number listed. I had to get this off of facebook. I am getting fed up of not dealing with human being.

~Angela: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Angela: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Angela: For that I would say one out of five.
