GetHuman-197289: my issue is a billing issue and i thought this was a billing department. i guess i just have to wait until i get an email response - it has been * weeks already and all i am told is account is under review but not the reason why it is under review. i am basically in the same position i was in before i made the phone call. agent was polite but unhelpful ... maybe this is really because he had no further information available to him to give to me.
