~MAD MAN: I just bought a new Magnavox TV, the papers in the box tells me to register this product. The phone number only wants to sell extended warranties, or go to online. The online tells me a different number, with mouthy people who will not take the information. With service like this, I won't buy another MAGNAVOX product. With service like this they should just say WE DON"T CARE............

~MAD MAN: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MAD MAN: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Magnavox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MAD MAN: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Magnavox customers?
~MAD MAN: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Magnavox to know who you are.
