~Flabberghasted: During a state of emergency there were no extensions for application process even though there were no traffic lights working or electricity for almost all of western mass for a whole week. I had to drive miles just to apply then they didn't give proper coverage. I waited on hold for **min to fix it, then it wasn't fixed. **Called again got a rude rep who seemed was trying to find anyway to not deal with my question, as if sifting to find a way to get me off the phone. The question was, "Was my bill fully covered on the **th?" By the end of the call I was shaking and stressed.
