~anonymous: This was not my first time calling this number for Mass Health (called last year also), and the service and information availability has not improved at all. The reps I've spoken to act as if you're bothering them with your questions. They seem very eager to get you off the phone, even when you tell them that you still don't have the information you called about.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MassHealth. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MassHealth problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MassHealth's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MassHealth customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MassHealth to know who you are.
