GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Match.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Sharron Lacery: I called and complained to your rep., and he informs me that no refund would come to me. I told him that * men messaged me, the first being Kevin Jackson, who asked me for $**,***.**, and the other man by the name of Carlos Mourinho was able to get $*,***.** from my account. The Toronto-Dominion fraud department is working on bringing him to justice. I feel that the * men who contacted me are fraudulent people, and Match.com should investigate. As for my refund, I took out a membership for * month unfortunately, and have not used your site since the **th of January of this year. Your site is disgusting and actually you should be shut down entirely, for having fraudulent people on it.**I will take this up before the Better Business Bureau and tell them the problem that I have with YOUR site.

~Sharron Lacery: For that I would say three out of five.
