~UNHAPPY: I was told I couldn't get a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and Linda, the lady who was "helping" me, told me it wouldn't do any good b*c they would tell me the same thing. I still opted to talk to one. Linda put me on hold, even came back on about three minutes later and said a supervisor was available and she was connecting me now. I waited ** minutes to talk to someone. I finally hung up. Called the corporate office and got much of the same customer service...receptionist was snotty and quick to get me off her line. I would not use this site or recommend anyone use it if they ever think they will need customer service anytime during their subscription.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Match.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Match.com problem?
~UNHAPPY: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~UNHAPPY: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~UNHAPPY: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Match.com customers?
~UNHAPPY: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Match.com to know who you are.
