~jimbo: had comcast subscription w* mcafee. it expired. even though comcast offered free Norton, I renewed the mcafee for $**.**. Call me an IDIOT. * *** hours trying to install the download. Installer did not work, * chat sessions later, nothing worked. Required downloading a mcafee uninstaller, which EVERY program in the world should already have built into the code. NEVER BUY MCAFEE AGAIN!!! Email going out to **,*** tech pals of mine - to NEVER buy this piece of S***again!!!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jimbo: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about McAfee's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jimbo: For that I would say four out of five.
