~Pilgrimme: Memotoo's support is basically non-existent. Never mind paying for a Premium subscription. I came across a well known bug, according to previous forum posts, and posted for a solution, but not one response. It seems to be the same for other posts too. I emailed the contact details on the website too, but nothing. It is like interacting with a wall.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Memotoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Memotoo problem?
~Pilgrimme: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pilgrimme: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Memotoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pilgrimme: For that I would say three out of five.
