~disgusted: I called * times yesterday and after, pressing buttons for this and that - I'm so sick of that recorded voice that's so phony - when I reached the "speak to a live customer service rep", the next message I hear is: "Our office is now closed. Please call back during regularly scheduled business hours." I began calling at **am MT on a Thursday and got the same message for the next two hours. I finally called the Customer Advocate line who could not seem to duplicate the problem. I absolutely hate MetLife Dental and most of us at my company feel the same way. If we had any other options for dental coverage, we'd leave MetLife by the thousands. My company pays them millions every year and they pay out as little as they possibly can get away with. In ** years in corporate America, I can't remember a worse company to attempt to do business with.
