~Fed UP: This company will not preapprove any dental work until it is completed and at that point they will decide whether the work was needed. I needed a previously filled tooth refill due to a cavity forming around the filled area so dentist said the cavity is probably under the filling also, I had the tooth fixed and now Metlife will not pay because their dental consultant said the work was not needed. I thought this work had been preapproved but according to Metlife the work was "pre-estimated" not preapproved. I feel like I pay $****year just to have my teeth cleaned. Sounds a bit expensive to me.
