~Devil Anse: After calling *** directly to Metro PCS, wading through the garbage that they make you go through on their automated menus and waiting for about ** minutes for a live human being to come to the line, I was disconnected another ** minutes into my conversation with that Customer Support rep, my problem unsolved. Then I found this number, got through in * minutes and got a competent, intelligent CS rep who did resolve my issue (receiving spam texts from a *** SMS shortcode) in about ** minutes. Best number ever for Metro PCS. Thank you GetHuman!
