~Chrystal Hayes: I have been getting texts that my automatic payment went through. That would be ok except they are coming at * and * AM. I have called on more than one occasion to get this fixed. Every month though I still get the text in the middle of the night. I think I need the corporate direct number & a big fat apology. I doubt I am the only one with this problem.

~Chrystal Hayes: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
