GetHuman-430981: i CALLED BECAUSE I WENT TO MY LOCAL STORE TO GET A ALCATEL ONE TOUCH FIERCE PHONE. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF THIS PHONE FOR OVER A MONTH. HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE THE PHONE AND NEVER GET THEM OR OFFER A FORM OF RAIN CHECKS TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE COME IN TO BUY THEM. WHEN I CALLED IN I WAITED OVER ** MIN AND WHEN THE AUTOMATION FINALLY QUIT AND I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON, SHE COULD NOT HELP.
