GetHuman-17543: im from Falfurrias texas ,i went to dallas to do a job .my phone messed up so i went to metro pc company got me a phone from them .when it was time to make a payment,my phone was sut down i could not even use my apps on my phone to make a payment,i been with no phone * weeks talk to metro customer service *** times,told i can not pay my bill with a card that's not from dallas.thats why i gave them my home address *to begin with .it was a terrifying ordeal.but i finally talked to someone today that helped me out,her name was devie her *******where you thank you,i now companies hire people from other contries to do there customer service you can understand these people ,is hard for them to speak English,
