~miss tee: this is the *nd time i'm writing after typing for minutes my complaint disappear. perharps a fluke maybe any ways i was describing when i go to pay my bill around the *st of the month how the clerks are making lustful jesters to boyfriend, girlfriends or newbees, i don't know all i know i would like to go to **nd & lancaster ave in philly & pay my bill. every month DAMM! get better help or go out of business. if wasn't for my financial situation that has a hold on me stickin with you(s) i would have been out of here! IF YOU DON'T HAVE METRO DON'T GET! YOU'LL REGRET IT he no talking, lack of knowledge and bullshitting information you get to push you off which makes you call again will blow your pressure you along with their crew. just DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF, writting by someone who knos what customer service is to be about.
